Technology Issues and the Community Association

Technology has found its way into every aspect of our business and our personal lives. Community Associations are no exception and technology issues must be considered in matters of communication, voting, access to documents, and many other similar community association activities. Is the use of electronic mai, for example, a legal way to conduct an election?

There was never a meeting of the board, never a vote. The Pres.
and Sec. said lets do it.
I'm being sued with out in due process , two board members
found a bank error accused me. The error was found @ the 15th
Sep by manegment compny. Two board members filed a law suit.I
and a one other board member found out on SEP.18. the same
time the fith member was out of the country.The error happen in
July 22 was brought to my attention Sep 18 the bank revered it
20Sep. Can just two members do this. No letters were ever sent to
me or any body.We have a five member board I was the VP. there
is 98 units.
